Where is this class?
This class will be at my certified commercial home kitchen located in Kingston Ontario - so you do need to either be local, or able to make the drive for this one.

Will the class be exactly 2 1/2 hours?
As with all of my classes, I do my best to keep it to the schedule BUT if it’s a group with lots of questions or who require a little extra assistance, then it may run a little long and this is fine by me so plan to have 3 hours just in case :)
I’ve never made sourdough, will this class be accessible for someone totally new?
Absolutely. This class is great for any skill level because we will be going through the entire process together. You’ll also be leaving with some sourdough starter of your own so you can continue this journey at home.
