I'm a mom, wife, food lover, Canadian, professional baker, consultant and instructor who's spent the last five years serving thousands of customers and teaching dozens of students to be better bakers.
Here’s what I’ve learned: there really are no hard rules in the kitchen. There are only a few principals that once you understand, can unlock so much potential. Anyone can bake - if they want to!
You know the saying “those who can’t do, teach”? Well, not here friends! This girl can do AND teach and I am here for all of it! I’m really good at what I do and I want to help you all with your kitchen confidence.
